Please note that items within the store are located at our different warehouses across the world based on inventory. If you ordered more than one item, they could likely arrive in distinct packages within a few days of one another.

International
Generally, you should expect to receive your order within these time frames once it has been produced and dispatched. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays are processed on the following Monday or the first working day thereafter.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address:
If your package is returned to us because of an inaccurate or incomplete address, you will be responsible for covering all delivery expenses to have your order re-delivered to the corrected address. We cannot be held liable for any loss of your order if the address provided during checkout is incomplete or incorrect. Furthermore, please refrain from ordering to an address that you anticipate may become inaccessible in the near future.
Customs & Import Duty:
We do not have control over customs fees, as they differ from one country to another. It is the responsibility of customers to settle all customs fees incurred.
Delayed or Lost Orders:
A package is deemed lost after spending 21 business days in the postal system for international orders. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by local or international couriers. While orders typically arrive much sooner, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this waiting period has passed. In the meantime, please contact the local courier responsible using the tracking information provided to you once your order is dispatched.
