Where do you ship your products from?
We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in the United States, Europe, and China. Please expect your items to be shipped separately, if you order more than one item, as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times vary by customer location and product shipping location, however orders arrive in approximately 7 - 15 business days.
How long after my order is placed will it be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days, although during high demand times items may ship within 5 business days.
Where is your company located?
Our headquarters is in Canada, while our warehouses are located across the United States, Europe, and China.
Will I receive a confirmation number after I place my order?
Yes, all customers will receive a confirmation number to the email they provide during checkout.
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover; and PayPal.
Customs/ import duty fees?
We have no control over custom fees, as they vary according to each country. If charged, customers have full responsibility for paying all custom fees.
